  1. E-mail us a request for your password.  You must make the request from the same e-mail address you gave us when signing up for the service.  Please remember to include your username.
  2. We will reply with the Secret Question you provided during Sign-up. 
  3. You must then reply giving us the answer to the question.
  4. Your password will then be e-mailed to you.
